We're GOING BEYOND THE IMPOSSIBLE!

We are Edgy Vegy BFLO, a food truck venture from two chef sisters born and raised in Buffalo, NY. After living in New York City to work in Michelin-starred and New York Times recommended restaurants, Sara and Jaime Secor are back in Buffalo with over fifteen combined years of cooking experience. The Edgy Vegy truck is a unique take on the sandwich shop, specializing in “veg-ified” versions of deli classics, drawing inspiration from national sandwiches as well as Buffalo favorites. We offer creative seasonal takes on traditional sandwiches, plant-based baked goods, and market driven sides, featuring locally sourced vegetables and ingredients.

Our menu is 100% fully vegan, and includes gluten-free *friendly* options! We make all of our own sauces and pickles!

  • “K.F.C” Sandwich: Korean Fried Crispy tofu, with sweet & spicy sauce, garlic miso aioli, pickled carrot & daikon, cilantro & scallion on a toasted Kaiser roll
  • New Orleans Sandwich: Cornmeal crusted cauliflower po’boy, with house made remoulade, pickles, lettuce and tomato on a toasted hoagie roll
  • Smashed & Fried Potatoes: served with a seasonal sauce and topped with spice mixes and fresh herbs
  • Bang Bang Brussels Sprouts *Fall Season Only*: Fried Brussels tossed in our own Bang Bang sauce, topped with crispy shallots, cilantro, scallion and sesame seeds
  • Flavored Lemonade and Iced Tea / Hot Spiced Cider in the colder months
  • Breakfast Options can be found at our farmers market morning events!

Please note: while we are “gluten-free friendly” and offer “gluten free” options and rolls, we are NOT a fully gluten free environment!
